Warranty

This product comes with a 12-month manufacturer’sparts-only warranty. Items considered to have a limited lifespan including batteries, tyres and windscreen wipers are not covered.

Returns

• You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
• For a full refund, products must be returned in their unused state, complete, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. We suggest you trial the mattress or bathroom product while it is still in the packaging.
