The Ferno POWERX Powered Ambulance Trolley is a lightweight, ergonomic solution designed for use with vehicles fitted with a tail-lift or ramp.

Created to improve safety and reduce the risk of manual handling injuries, POWERX offers smooth, powered operation with enhanced manoeuvrability, making it easier for emergency personnel to manage patient transfers.

Adapt Life offers the POWERX as a flexible and configurable option suitable for various applications, including frontline A&E, bariatric care, and specialist transport.

The trolley’s reduced weight helps lower overall vehicle weight, contributing to better fuel efficiency.

Simple-to-use controls and four easy-stow push poles ensure efficient handling in demanding environments. 

The trolley is powered by a quick-charging, long-lasting lithium-ion battery, allowing for reliable performance with minimal downtime.

Infection control is a key feature, with a wipe-clean ABPR mattress and anti-bacterial Biosafe restraints for improved hygiene. 

The patient surface can be extended to 945 mm using the optional Split-Scoop extender kit, offering added comfort for wider patients.

Standard features include directional wheel locks, brakes on all four corners, a manual emergency release handle, and MCF Winch-Link connection. 

Optional extras like lateral-folding or SX Surface Xtender™ cotsides, lighting, and oxygen cylinder holders are also available.

Compatible with multiple in-vehicle locking systems and fully certified to EN 1789, EN 1865, CE, and AS/NZS 4535:1999 standards, the POWERX is a reliable, high-performance choice for emergency medical services.
