It operates with outstanding speed, completing sterilisation cycles in as little as seven minutes for unwrapped instruments at 134°C, while wrapped instruments can be fully sterilised and dried in just 15 minutes.

• This product ships from our manufacturing partner in Europe. Lead times can vary depending on customs clearance times at the time of shipment. 
• Please note that the estimated delivery date is an approximation based on our usual lead times and is not guaranteed. To minimise the risk of having to reschedule patient appointments, we recommend waiting until the autoclave has been delivered before booking patients.

Warranty

This product includes a 24-month manufacturer's parts warranty. 

Please note that warranty repairs for this autoclave are handled directly by Enbio, the manufacturer. While we are happy to guide you and provide contact details, all warranty work, including assessment and repairs, is managed by Enbio to ensure it is carried out correctly and fully covered under the warranty.

If this is a new autoclave and it meets the warranty conditions, you should not incur any costs for the repair. Enbio assures that, as long as you have the proper documentation and the device was used according to the manual, the repair will be fully covered. Please note that the warranty covers only repairs carried out by authorized service centers, so using the provided contacts will ensure the repair is fully covered.

Returns

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original, unopened packaging. The product must also be in a resalable condition.
• Please note that any faults or damages from shipping must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept claims submitted outside of this timeframe.
• Refunds apply to the product cost only, less a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and carriage charges are also non-refundable.
