The Glide Wheelchair Platform Lift provides safe, reliable and convenient access for wheelchair users on straight staircases. Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, its weather-resistant construction makes it suitable for year-round access in homes, schools, care facilities and commercial buildings. Its compact, durable design allows users to travel smoothly and comfortably while making efficient use of available staircase space.

Designed with independence and ease of use in mind, the Glide features automatic powered safety arms and near-level powered ramps. The arms raise automatically when entering and exiting the platform and lower securely during travel, helping to keep the passenger stable throughout the journey. The powered ramps lower for straightforward access onto and off the platform before lifting into position during travel.

Simple controls and a backlit digital LED display make everyday operation easy to understand. The display provides useful information such as battery levels, charging alerts and operating status, while key-lockable remote controls allow the platform to be called from either end of the staircase. Built-in safety sensors automatically stop the lift if an obstacle is detected, and an emergency stop button can be operated by the passenger during travel.

The Glide provides a smooth and comfortable journey with a gentle start and controlled acceleration before travelling at the selected speed. As it approaches the landing, the lift slows gradually to provide a steady and comfortable arrival. When not in use, the platform can be folded away, helping to maximise available space on the staircase.

For additional flexibility, the Glide is available with optional features including a fold-down seat for users who prefer to travel while seated, a central ramp for additional access at the bottom of the stairs, and a wall-mounted rail for a streamlined installation with a narrower staircase profile.

This product comes with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty covering parts only.

Important Notes

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence or accidents.
• Damage caused by a lack of maintenance or improper maintenance.
• Unauthorised repairs or repairs carried out by unauthorised personnel.
• Damage caused by unsuitable environmental conditions.
• Any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.

Warranty Conditions: The warranty will be void if the product is altered, misused or repaired by unauthorised personnel.

Inspect Your Product Upon Delivery

Please inspect your item carefully for any damage that may have occurred during transit immediately after unpacking. Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted after this period.
• Products must be returned unused, never installed and in their original packaging.
• Opened or used mattresses, beds and bathroom products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply. Please contact us at the time of purchase to confirm the applicable charges, as these may vary.
• Bespoke and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.
