TheEcho Go Portable Wheelchair Platform Liftis a flexible and convenient access solution designed for temporary wheelchair access in both residential and commercial environments. Its self-contained design allows the lift to be easily moved into position using the large castors, making it a practical option where permanent access equipment is not required. The lift can travel up to 1 metre and supports a maximum user and equipment load of 250kg.

Designed for ease of use, the Echo Go provides smooth and quiet operation with straightforward entry and exit onto the anti-slip platform. Its fold-away design makes the lift easier to transport and store when not in use, while the external platform height adjustment allows for convenient setup. The lift is supplied pre-built and can be connected to a standard wall socket using the plug-in battery charger, with the battery providing up to 30 cycles between charges.

Safety is an important feature of the Echo Go, with safety edge protection, an arrestor bar, anti-trap bevelled system and additional safety features designed to provide secure operation. The low-voltage operating system further supports safe everyday use, while the remote up/down control kit provides convenient operation.

Suitable foroutside use, the Echo Go offers a versatile solution for improving wheelchair and mobility access where a temporary platform lift is required. A storage cover is also available to help protect the lift when stored or not in use. The Echo Go is supplied with a2-year warranty

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence or accidents.
• Damage caused by a lack of maintenance or improper maintenance.
• Unauthorised repairs or repairs carried out by unauthorised personnel.
• Damage caused by unsuitable environmental conditions.
• Any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.

Warranty Conditions: The warranty will be void if the product is altered, misused or repaired by unauthorised personnel.

Inspect Your Product Upon Delivery

Please inspect your item carefully for any damage that may have occurred during transit immediately after unpacking. Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns Policy

Please review the following important information before placing your order.

• You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted after this period.
• Products must be returned unused, never installed and in their original packaging.
• Opened or used mattresses, beds and bathroom products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply. Please contact us at the time of purchase to confirm the applicable charges, as these may vary.
• Bespoke and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.
