The Elevate Echo 100 Wheelchair Platform Lift is a versatile access solution designed to provide safe and smooth wheelchair access where multiple steps make a ramp impractical. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, it can provide access over a rise of up to 1 metre, helping wheelchair users enter and exit a home or garden through the same entrance as other household members.

The Echo 100 features a durable, self-contained design with a hydraulic scissor mechanism and can typically be installed within a day. Its adaptable design and available sizes allow the lift to be tailored to suit individual access requirements. For properties with up to three steps, bridging steps can be incorporated to provide a practical access solution, and the unit can also be re-sited if requirements change.

A range of options is available to enhance convenience and safety, including handrails, single-step bridging, remote up/down controls, a remote control enabler and an upper gate interlock. The Echo 100 is also designed for outdoor use, providing a durable and cost-effective alternative where a traditional access ramp is not suitable.

This product comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering parts only.

Important Notes

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence or accidents.
• Damage caused by a lack of maintenance or improper maintenance.
• Unauthorised repairs or repairs carried out by unauthorised personnel.
• Damage caused by unsuitable environmental conditions.
• Any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.

Warranty Conditions: The warranty will be void if the product is altered, misused or repaired by unauthorised personnel.

Inspect Your Product Upon Delivery

Please inspect your item carefully for any damage that may have occurred during transit immediately after unpacking. Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted after this period.
• Products must be returned unused, never installed and in their original packaging.
• Opened or used mattresses, beds and bathroom products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply. Please contact us at the time of purchase to confirm the applicable charges, as these may vary.
• Bespoke and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.
