The Elevate Echo Vertical Platform Lift provides a practical and reliable accessibility solution for overcoming level changes of up to 2 metres. Designed for both indoor and outdoor environments, the Echo provides smooth vertical access for wheelchair and mobility equipment users while maintaining a compact, modern appearance that can complement a wide range of settings.

Built with a durable steel frame, toughened glass and an anti-slip platform, the Echo combines safety, durability and ease of use. Entry can be provided through level access or a ramp, while the user-friendly illuminated controls make operating the lift simple and straightforward. Upper and lower call buttons allow the platform to be summoned from either level, providing convenient access whenever required.

The Echo uses advanced hydraulic technology to provide smooth and controlled vertical movement. Multiple driving modes allow the lift to be tailored to the installation requirements, while the secure bolt lock and latch system keeps the gate firmly closed during operation. An emergency stop button provides an additional safety feature, allowing the lift to be stopped immediately when required.

A flexible bellows mechanism cover expands and contracts as the lift operates, helping to prevent objects from becoming caught within the mechanism. Once the platform reaches the upper level, the user can exit easily through the gate, providing a straightforward transition between levels.

Designed for long-term use, the Echo features robust construction incorporating premium steel, tempered glass and industrial-grade hinges. This product comes with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty covering parts only.

Important Notes

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence or accidents.
• Damage caused by a lack of maintenance or improper maintenance.
• Unauthorised repairs or repairs carried out by unauthorised personnel.
• Damage caused by unsuitable environmental conditions.
• Any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.

Warranty Conditions: The warranty will be void if the product is altered, misused or repaired by unauthorised personnel.

Inspect Your Product Upon Delivery

Please inspect your item carefully for any damage that may have occurred during transit immediately after unpacking. Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns Policy

• You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted after this period.
• Products must be returned unused, never installed and in their original packaging.
• Opened or used mattresses, beds and bathroom products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply. Please contact us at the time of purchase to confirm the applicable charges, as these may vary.
• Bespoke and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.
