The SmartFilter, with particle and active carbon layers, delivers 50% more clean air, consumes 55% less energy, and operates 10% quieter than typical True HEPA filtration.

Independently tested at RISE for HEPA H13 grade, the HEPASilent technology ensures high-quality filtration. The HealthProtect 7400 series has proven efficacy, removing 99.99% of airborne SARS-CoV-2 in a 13 ft³ biosafety lab chamber (not validated to kill SARS-CoV-2 or prevent COVID-19 transmission).

Other Blueair models remain untested against SARS-CoV-2.
