All Asgard sheds come with easy-to-follow instructions for home assembly. We deliver the shed parts to your chosen spot. Most units can be assembled with basic tools by two people.

For a hassle-free experience, we offer a full installation service. This includes placing the shed, bolting it to the ground, and applying silicone to the roof joints if needed. Remember to book and pay for this service before delivery.

Our professional team will:

• Check all parts.
• Build the shed.
• Level it for smooth door and lock operation.
• Apply silicone to joints.
• Secure the shed to the ground.
• Important: You need a flat, solid surface like concrete for installation.

Note: Ensure you have a level area and enough space for setup. If our team can't build the shed due to these issues, you will be charged in full.

• You are entitled to return your items within 14 days of receipt but please make sure your selected products are suitable for your needs as returns may incur return shipping charges and restocking fee (unless your product arrives damaged or is faulty).
• Any damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Any claims made outside of this period may not be accepted.
•  Bespoke items, mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (unless damaged or faulty).
