This product comes with a 12 month manufacturer's parts and labour warranty.

Important Notes

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Returns

Here are a few important points to note:

• Due to the nature of stairlifts and installation requirements, all Acorn Stairlifts sales are final. Returns or cancellations after installation are not accepted.

• Any damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery. Any claims made outside of this period may not be accepted.

• Any manufacturing defects or faults will be covered under the warranty outlined in the Warranty section.

Installation

Every Stairlift is professionally installed by a certified technician to ensure safety, reliability, and a perfect fit for your staircase.

Installation is typically completed within a few hours and requires no structural modifications to your home. The stairlift attaches directly to the staircase, not the wall. Keeping your home clean and disruption to a minimum.

Once installed, the technician will demonstrate how to use the stairlift safely and answer any questions before leaving your home ready for immediate use.
