After the user rises using their own strength, caregivers can fold down the cushions behind the buttocks to provide stable support, allowing users the option to remain standing or sit during the transfer.

The cushions and knee-brace ensure stability, while caregivers can angle the cushions to assist users in achieving a standing position by applying gentle pressure on the handle.
