TheElevate Echo 50 Step Lift by Elevate Platform Lifts is designed to provide safe and convenient wheelchair access over small sets of stairs. Its compact, self-contained design makes it a practical alternative where traditional access solutions may not be suitable. The lift can be used both internally and externally and is designed to provide reliable access in a range of environments.

The Echo 50 features ahydraulic scissor drive mechanism for smooth and reliable operation. Its design and platform sizes can be tailored to suit individual requirements, while the self-contained construction allows for quick installation, typically within one day. The lift can also be re-sited to another location if access requirements change.

For added flexibility, the Echo 50 can be supplied withbridging steps or upper-level gate protection, depending on the installation. Optional features include handrails, a single-step bridging option, remote control enablers, remote up/down controls and an upper gate interlock.

Built with durability and reliability in mind, the Echo 50 is suitable for outdoor use and undergoes lifetime testing to help ensure long-term performance. Each installation receives building control approval, and the lift complies with relevant safety standards.

This product comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering parts only.

Important Notes

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence or accidents.
• Damage caused by a lack of maintenance or improper maintenance.
• Unauthorised repairs or repairs carried out by unauthorised personnel.
• Damage caused by unsuitable environmental conditions.
• Any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.

Warranty Conditions: The warranty will be void if the product is altered, misused or repaired by unauthorised personnel.

Inspect Your Product Upon Delivery

Please inspect your item carefully for any damage that may have occurred during transit immediately after unpacking. Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns Policy

Please review the following important information before placing your order.

• You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted after this period.
• Products must be returned unused, never installed and in their original packaging.
• Opened or used mattresses, beds and bathroom products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply. Please contact us at the time of purchase to confirm the applicable charges, as these may vary.
• Bespoke and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.
