This product comes with a 12-month manufacturer’s parts-only warranty. 

Should you need an extended parts and labour warranty, we offer the options below:

Extended 12 Month Parts and Labour Coverage - Up to 3 Call Outs £80.00 (£96.00 Incl VAT)

Extended 24-Month Parts and Labour Coverage - Up to 6 Call Outs £205.00 (£246.00 Incl VAT)

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

We also offer annual servicing at a cost of £150.00 per service should you require it. Find that here.

Returns

• You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
• For a full refund, products must be returned in their unused state, complete, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping fee may apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
