• Please make sure this item is suitable for your needs as a return and restocking fee may apply (unless your product arrives damaged or is faulty).
• Goods must be returned, unused and in the original packaging. 
• if you are unsure of suitability, please  contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
• Any damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Any claims made outside of this period may not be accepted.
• Used mattresses cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
