The Roll-a-Ramp is a great solution to adding a wheelchair ramp to your home. It is very durable and supports an electric wheelchair with ease. The Aluminium construction makes it lightweight for its size and can be quickly positioned into place by one person. I bought the 7ft length so it can be used in both the main doorway aswell as through the patio doors into the garden, making it cheaper than fixed offerings. It neatly rolls up to be stored in the hallway when not needed. Delivery was quicker than expected, just a few short weeks.Highly recommended
great canopy keeps me dry and away from the wind ..will take 2 people to fit it but once on its easy to use
I brought this chair for my sister and she seems very comfortable in it although I have to put a small pillow under the sheepswool cover on her left side as she has a tendency to fall to the left so using a pillow helps to keep her torso straight.
The chair is very sturdy and made well.
I have been without independent mobility for 5 years and my husband has been pushing me first in a manual wheelchair and the an electric one to make life easier. However, since purchasing this nifty little power chair, I have back my independence and if I go out, so does my power chair. Thank for the prompt delivery and aftercare.
The cradle has been amazing, it fits in the van and means that theo is able to go swimming at the local heated pool
It also means he can be showered on holiday with dignity, without having to lay on a dirty floor, because adapted doesn't mean that it's suited for a medically complex child
I bought the Scooterpac canopy to enable me to continue my rehab and attend the gym over winter. The canopy couldn’t be easier to fit. It keeps the wind and rain off me, keeping me dry and comfortable.
It really has changed my life. A year ago I would fall off my scooter, as my legs got too cold, it’s not happened once since using the Scooterpac canopy.
I wish I’d bought it sooner, worth every penny.
Had this installed so that I can get into bath. First time I have been able to bath rather than shower for 20 years. Works so well.
This is by far the best mobility scooter i have brought its a good size not to big compared to some ive had it is a very smooth and comfortable ride with a pretty good suspention i am really pleased with this mobilty scooter and would definately recommend it delivery and comunication was good
This is a very good bath lift and my husband fitted it easily. Don’t waste money buying the same product with a different name from competitors who will only supply and fit and charge you more than double the price
My mum has used this model for a number of years now and so when my dad needed support walking it was their first choice. It does everything it says. It has an excellent build quality and wears very well. It is so light and easy to fold. My mum partially folds it to get through small gaps such as in a cafe. They bought the soft wheels for extra comfort. I would highly recommend it.
My son is 16 and is an ambulatory wheelchair user. He hates anything medical looking. The Rollz Motion fits the bill. He can hold onto it for stability in rollator mode when walking or it can easily convert to wheelchair use for when he needs a longer rest. We got it in the lovely blue colour and it doesn't look like a clinical piece of equipment. It really suits his needs well. The only quibble would be that my son finds that the seat is quite hard, so a comfortable cushion may be added if it is being used in wheelchair mode for long periods of time. Overall we are very happy with the Rollz Motion.
I absolutely love this its amazing, its easy to fit and once on it only takes 30 seconds to pull over when its raining, its brilliant, I can now go out whether rain or shine.
I’ve had loads of comments about how great it is. Being lightweight means it’s so much easier to get in and out of the car.
Top product, looks amazing and works very well! Safe and fast, exactly what I need in my nail room.
As you browse the end of our patient stand aid collection at Adapt Life, featuring top-tier brands like Etac, Prism Medical, Invacare, and Alerta Medical, it's clear that our products are chosen with the utmost care. Our stand aids, including the renowned Mackworth stand aid and various electric stand aids, are designed to support the elderly and disabled, especially in rehabilitation processes. They are essential in enhancing upper body strength and facilitating easy transitions from sitting to standing. Our sit to stand aids are more than just mobility aids; they are instruments of independence, enabling users to regain a sense of self-sufficiency in their daily lives.
A stand aid is a mechanical device designed to assist individuals with limited mobility in transitioning from sitting to standing positions safely and comfortably.
Typically, one carer is sufficient to operate a stand aid, but it may vary depending on the patient's condition and the type of stand aid.
Using a stand aid involves positioning the patient correctly, ensuring their feet are placed securely, and using the aid's mechanism to facilitate the standing process.
The cost of a stand aid varies depending on features and brand, ranging from £700.00 up to £4000.00.
A patient should have some level of weight-bearing ability and upper body strength to use a stand aid effectively.
Stand aids or standing lifts are commonly used devices that help elderly individuals stand up from a seated position, providing support and reducing physical strain.
