Introducing TurnSafe2, a versatile and ergonomic aid designed for sit-to-stand and transfers with turning. Developed in collaboration with medical experts and users, TurnSafe2 prioritises efficiency and safety for both parties involved.
TurnSafe2 activates and supports users with impaired balance and leg strength during transfers, whether from bed to wheelchair or wheelchair to the toilet. Equipped with a large footplate featuring an anti-slip surface and adjustable height, along with sideways and height-adjustable lower leg supports, TurnSafe2 enables users to actively participate in the transfer process.
Its stable and grip-friendly handles ensure a secure grip for both users and caregivers, promoting stability and confidence throughout the movement.
Compact and user-friendly, TurnSafe2 is designed for convenience and ease of use. Its small footprint allows it to be easily manoeuvred in various spaces, making it suitable for most situations. With a foot brake on the caregiver's side, unwanted movements can be prevented while the user transitions between sitting and standing positions.
Additionally, TurnSafe2's wheels and detachable design facilitate transportation and storage, enhancing its practicality and versatility.

Very good bed, just what we wanted at a very competitive price, was easy to put together, easy to use and moves on its wheels great.
Great product. Feels safe, powerful and easy to operate. Can cope well with hills and looks decent too!
The service, product knowledge and professional attitude during delivery and handover was outstanding. Will certainly use this company again. 5*
Prompt order confirmation & delivery
I purchased one on behalf of my mother who is 80 and has severe rheumatoid arthritis. It is far lighter, a smoother ride and more manoeuvrable than her previous rollator, but feels robust and well made. She loves it. It arrived quickly and well packaged.
Excellent, comfortable cushion definately well worth the money.
Brilliant service quick delivery would definitely use them again
We needed something better than the fixed wall changing table when we moved to a new and adapted house. This was researched well before purchase and we are confident this is the right one for our use. It works particularly well and is very versatile. Only time will tell about its durability. I would recommend it.
A quality product, well and carefully delivered as promised.
Thank you Haydon for your attention to detail.

This is a fab scooter. Suspension makes such a difference especially off tarmac, wheels feel robust. I just love everything about it. My husband also loves it as it’s so much lighter than my previous one. All round great.
Will make a great difference to my getting around
The purchase of a Medical Bed to assist me with the actions getting in and out of Bed, was generally carried out in a smooth, efficient manner. The only problem was the delay in the delivery, although this was affected by World Events.
As you browse the end of our patient stand aid collection at Adapt Life, featuring top-tier brands like Etac, Prism Medical, Invacare, and Alerta Medical, it's clear that our products are chosen with the utmost care. Our stand aids, including the renowned Mackworth stand aid and various electric stand aids, are designed to support the elderly and disabled, especially in rehabilitation processes. They are essential in enhancing upper body strength and facilitating easy transitions from sitting to standing. Our sit to stand aids are more than just mobility aids; they are instruments of independence, enabling users to regain a sense of self-sufficiency in their daily lives.
A stand aid is a mechanical device designed to assist individuals with limited mobility in transitioning from sitting to standing positions safely and comfortably.
Typically, one carer is sufficient to operate a stand aid, but it may vary depending on the patient's condition and the type of stand aid.
Using a stand aid involves positioning the patient correctly, ensuring their feet are placed securely, and using the aid's mechanism to facilitate the standing process.
The cost of a stand aid varies depending on features and brand, ranging from £700.00 up to £4000.00.
A patient should have some level of weight-bearing ability and upper body strength to use a stand aid effectively.
Stand aids or standing lifts are commonly used devices that help elderly individuals stand up from a seated position, providing support and reducing physical strain.
