Warranty

All Adjust-a- bed products come with a 1-year warranty covering the mattress, base, and motor. However, if you register the producthere within 30 days of receipt, this warranty extends to a 5-year coverage.

Returns

Here are a few important points to note:

• You are entitled to return your items within 14 days of receipt but please make sure your selected products are suitable for your needs as returns may incur return shipping charges and restocking fee (unless your product arrives damaged or is faulty).
• Any damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Any claims made outside of this period may not be accepted.
•  Bespoke items, mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (unless damaged or faulty).
