Introducing the IMO Matrix U24, a seamless blend of functionality, affordability, and patient-centric design. Crafted to elevate the standard of care, this electric hospital bed prioritises patient comfort, safety, and caregiver efficiency.
With smooth electric adjustments for the backrest, leg rest, and footrest, patients can effortlessly find their optimal position for sleep, rest, or treatment. Pre-programmed medical positions such as Trendelenburg and Anti-Trendelenburg enhance procedural precision and promote healthy circulation.
The optional Auto Contour feature transforms the bed into a comforting cardiac chair, aiding in both recovery and daily activities. Thanks to its low height setting, patient entry and exit are safe and hassle-free. Safety is paramount, and the IMO Matrix U24 delivers peace of mind with collapsible metal safety side rails that meet rigorous safety standards, preventing accidental falls.
The bed frame itself is constructed from highly shock-resistant materials, adding an extra layer of protection. Caregivers can easily manage bed functions and selectively deactivate them for patient safety using the supervisor control panel. For added convenience, a range of user-friendly control options—including a hand-held control unit for patients and a multi-platform control unit at the foot of the bed—are available.
Designed with caregiver efficiency in mind, this bed comes equipped with alarms and stops at key angles to ensure safe and controlled adjustments. Its zero-gap design simplifies stretcher transfers, streamlining workflow and reducing strain. Ideal for hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities, the IMO Matrix U24 offers a balanced approach to patient care without compromising on quality.
While its weight capacity may be lower than the Matrix E30 model, optional add-ons such as a retractable linen holder or an IV pole provide additional customisation options. Discover the perfect blend of comfort, safety, and efficiency with the IMO Matrix U24.

Great product. Feels safe, powerful and easy to operate. Can cope well with hills and looks decent too!
The service, product knowledge and professional attitude during delivery and handover was outstanding. Will certainly use this company again. 5*
Prompt order confirmation & delivery
I purchased one on behalf of my mother who is 80 and has severe rheumatoid arthritis. It is far lighter, a smoother ride and more manoeuvrable than her previous rollator, but feels robust and well made. She loves it. It arrived quickly and well packaged.
Excellent, comfortable cushion definately well worth the money.
Brilliant service quick delivery would definitely use them again
We needed something better than the fixed wall changing table when we moved to a new and adapted house. This was researched well before purchase and we are confident this is the right one for our use. It works particularly well and is very versatile. Only time will tell about its durability. I would recommend it.
A quality product, well and carefully delivered as promised.
Thank you Haydon for your attention to detail.

This is a fab scooter. Suspension makes such a difference especially off tarmac, wheels feel robust. I just love everything about it. My husband also loves it as it’s so much lighter than my previous one. All round great.
Will make a great difference to my getting around
The purchase of a Medical Bed to assist me with the actions getting in and out of Bed, was generally carried out in a smooth, efficient manner. The only problem was the delay in the delivery, although this was affected by World Events.
Great service. The bath lift arrived the next day and has now been fitted. Good price and helpful staff when I called. Very pleased with the purchase, and it's already in use.
