Introducing the Invacare Soft Tilt, an innovative solution designed to enhance the care of elderly and disabled individuals in care homes and healthcare settings.
This safety bed for special needsautomates patient repositioning, simplifying the daily moving and handling processes for care staff.
The Soft Tilt can be easily installed on to the Invacare SB755 Bed/Etude Plus mattress platform, and will work in conjunction with the beds existing profiling movements and mattress.
Its standout feature is an automated pressure relief system that can be programmed to gently reposition patients at various angles throughout the night.
This not only relieves pressure on vulnerable areas but also helps prevent the development of painful pressure ulcers. Safety and comfort are paramount, with the tilt platform never exceeding a 30° elevation during automatic operation.
For added flexibility, the Soft Tilt Invacare hospital bed also offers manual operation, making it ideal for single carer working environments.
It comes with a user-friendly hand control that allows carers to adjust the wings to up to 60°, providing full access for sling application, glide sheets, and personal care.
By working in harmony with the bed's profiling movements, the Soft Tilt empowers carers to effortlessly move patients in and out of bed and even into a standing position.
This Invacare profiling beds innovation not only enhances patient comfort but also streamlines the caregiving process, prioritising the well-being of both patients and their dedicated carers.

Very good bed, just what we wanted at a very competitive price, was easy to put together, easy to use and moves on its wheels great.
Great product. Feels safe, powerful and easy to operate. Can cope well with hills and looks decent too!
The service, product knowledge and professional attitude during delivery and handover was outstanding. Will certainly use this company again. 5*
Prompt order confirmation & delivery
I purchased one on behalf of my mother who is 80 and has severe rheumatoid arthritis. It is far lighter, a smoother ride and more manoeuvrable than her previous rollator, but feels robust and well made. She loves it. It arrived quickly and well packaged.
Excellent, comfortable cushion definately well worth the money.
Brilliant service quick delivery would definitely use them again
We needed something better than the fixed wall changing table when we moved to a new and adapted house. This was researched well before purchase and we are confident this is the right one for our use. It works particularly well and is very versatile. Only time will tell about its durability. I would recommend it.
A quality product, well and carefully delivered as promised.
Thank you Haydon for your attention to detail.

This is a fab scooter. Suspension makes such a difference especially off tarmac, wheels feel robust. I just love everything about it. My husband also loves it as it’s so much lighter than my previous one. All round great.
Will make a great difference to my getting around
The purchase of a Medical Bed to assist me with the actions getting in and out of Bed, was generally carried out in a smooth, efficient manner. The only problem was the delay in the delivery, although this was affected by World Events.
The cost of a hospital bed varies depending on features and brand, ranging from £500 to over £10,000 for advanced models.
To get a hospital bed at home, you can purchase one from a medical supply store like Adapt Life or consult healthcare providers for recommendations and potential insurance coverage.
In the U.K., standard hospital beds are approximately 90cm in width and 200cm in length, though sizes can vary with model and brand.
Qualification for a hospital bed at home typically requires a healthcare provider's assessment and prescription based on medical needs and home care requirements.
Hospital beds are adjustable (profiling) and equipped with features like height adjustment and side rails for patient care, while home beds typically have fixed frames and lack of adjustable and safety features.
