This product comes with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. Items considered to have a limited lifespan including batteries, tyres and windscreen wipers are not covered.

Should you need an extended parts and labour warranty, we offer the options below:

12 Month Parts and Labour Coverage - Up to 3 Call Outs £80.00 (£96.00 Incl VAT)
24 Month Parts and Labour Coverage - Up to 6 Call Outs £205.00 (£246.00 Incl VAT)

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

We also offer annual servicing at a cost of £150.00 per service should you require it.

We needed something better than the fixed wall changing table when we moved to a new and adapted house. This was researched well before purchase and we are confident this is the right one for our use. It works particularly well and is very versatile. Only time will tell about its durability.
