Warranty

This product comes with a 2-year Manufacturer's warranty. Two years on mechanisms, frame, upholstery and electrics.

One year on air seat cushions and also on some additional accessories such as the Accupak, 20 Cycle Back up and Relaxor heat and massage systems.

You can upgrade your standard warranty to a 5-year warranty with Repose anytime within 14 days after delivery of the chair.

Returns

We at Adapt Life are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at info@adaptlife.co.uk, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• You are entitled to return your items within 14 days of receipt but please make sure your selected products are suitable for your needs as returns may incur return shipping charges and restocking fee (unless your product arrives damaged or is faulty).
• Any damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Any claims made outside of this period may not be accepted.
•  Bespoke items, mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (unless damaged or faulty).
