This product comes with a 5 year manufacturersparts warranty.

Extended 12 Month Parts and Labour Coverage - Up to 3 Call Outs £80.00 (£96.00 Incl VAT)

Extended 24 Month Parts and Labour Coverage - Up to 6 Call Outs £205.00 (£246.00 Incl VAT)

Returns

We at Adapt Life are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at info@adaptlife.co.uk, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
• For a full refund, products must be returned in their unused state, complete, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.  We suggest you trial the mattress or bathroom product while it is still in the packaging.

14-Day Reflection Period
