• Please make sure your selected products are suitable for your needs as returns may incur return shipping charges and restocking fee unless your product arrives damaged or is faulty.

• Any damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Any claims made outside of this period may not be accepted.

• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
