• The item will be delivered on a pallet.

• Items arrive in two separate parts.

• If kerbside delivery is selected: The chair is heavy, and the delivery driver will not take it inside the building.

• If kerbside delivery is selected: Please ensure you have someone available to dispose of the pallet and either a two-person team or a strong individual to safely lift and move the chair into your property.

Returns

• You are entitled to return your items within 14 days of receipt but please make sure your selected products are suitable for your needs as returns may incur return shipping charges and restocking fee (unless your product arrives damaged or is faulty).
• Any damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Any claims made outside of this period may not be accepted.
•  Bespoke items, mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (unless damaged or faulty).
